The Fashion Marketing & Communication module explored the core principles of brand marketing analysis and communication strategies. Through this module, I gained valuable insights into the processes behind the design and development of fashion marketing and advertising campaigns. As the final outcome, I produced two presentations: a brand analysis report and an original advertising campaign for a selected brand.
For this project, I focused on the Italian brand Diesel, renowned for its bold vision and avant-garde visual identity. After analysing the brand’s marketing strategy, I developed the RE-DIE-SELL campaign, an initiative centred on reselling vintage, pre-loved Diesel jeans through a dedicated mobile app. This concept aligns with Diesel’s commitment to sustainability and is supported by a guerrilla marketing approach and an integrated communications strategy designed to effectively launch the campaign in the market. Visually, the campaign adopted a raw, street-style aesthetic with provocative messaging, staying true to Diesel’s rebellious spirit while reframing it through an eco-conscious lens.
