The Fashion Buying & Merchandising module explored the core principles behind brand analysis, collection buying, and effective merchandising strategies. Through this module, I gained valuable insights into the decision-making processes involved in fashion buying and planning. Ultimately. the module consisted in the production of both a brand analysis report and a range plan for a selected brand.

For this project, I focused on the Danish womenswear brand GANNI, developing two comprehensive projects. Taking on the dual roles of a professional buyer and merchandiser, I created a detailed report on the brand’s current market position, a range plan for an upcoming collection, and a buying plan aligned with a set budget. The final presentations were designed in line with GANNI’s visual identity, closely replicating the format and tone of an industry-standard report.
