During a summer internship at Maria Vittoria Atelier, a local artisanal brand based in Modena (MO, Italy), I had the pleasure of leading the creation of a lookbook to showcase a new tableware collection ahead of its launch on the website.

Maria Vittoria Atelier is renowned for its craftsmanship in apparel and its commitment to producing high-quality, sustainable, and long-lasting products. Alongside its ready-to-wear line, the brand launched a new homeware project: a collection of placemats and table accessories made in various fabrics and sizes, all customisable to reflect each customer’s taste and needs.

For the launch, I was tasked with producing a lookbook that would visually communicate the brand’s core values, artisanal ethos, and aesthetic. I chose to use bright colours and expressive slogans that reflected the Atelier’s vibrant spirit. My creative direction was largely inspired by the brand’s headquarters, an enchanting Liberty-style villa surrounded by greenery, where stained glass windows cast beautiful light patterns. Inside, the space brimmed with creativity, filled with garments, design elements, and curated rooms displaying past collections. Inspiration flowed naturally in such a uniquely artistic environment.

The resulting catalogue captures the passion, attention to detail, and design sensibility that define Maria Vittoria Atelier, celebrating both the products and the philosophy behind them.
